- No Liability: Renters are not held liable for damages resulting from normal wear and tear.
Renter Responsibility
- Proper Use: Renters are responsible for using the rented item only for its intended purpose and in accordance with all safety guidelines.
- Care and Maintenance: Renters must take reasonable care of the rented item to avoid preventable damages.
Reporting Damage
- Prompt Reporting: Renters must promptly report any damages or issues with the rented item during the rental period.
- Reporting Procedure: The reporting procedure, including contact information, will be provided to renters.

- Post-Rental Inspection: After the rental period, the rented item will undergo a post-rental inspection to assess damages, if any.
- Damage Determination: The website owner will determine the extent of damages and whether they go beyond normal wear and tear.
Liability for Damages
- Renter Liability: Renters are liable for damages that go beyond normal wear and tear, including accidental damages or negligence.
- Insurance Coverage: If renters have opted for insurance coverage, their liability may be limited as per the insurance policy terms.
Security Deposit

- Available Plans: Rentees and Renters may choose from the list of available insurance plans on the website for eligible rental items.
- Coverage Limits: Each insurance plan comes with specific coverage limits for damages and losses.
Eligibility
- Plan Eligibility: Not all rental items may be eligible for insurance coverage. Eligible items will be clearly indicated during the booking process.
- Opt-In: Rentees and Renters must actively select and pay for insurance coverage during the rental booking.
Coverage Period
- Insurance Period: The insurance coverage is valid for the duration of the rental period as agreed upon during the booking.
Covered Events

- Reporting Claims: In the event of damages, theft, or loss during the rental period, Rentees and Renters must promptly report the incident to the website owner.
- Claim Process: Rentees and Renters must follow the designated claim process, which may involve providing documentation and supporting evidence.
Coverage Limitations
- Deductibles: Insurance claims may be subject to deductibles, which are the amounts Rentees and Renters must pay before receiving compensation.
- Maximum Coverage: The insurance coverage is subject to the plan's maximum coverage limit, which may vary based on the selected plan.
Coverage Extensions
- Renewal or Extensions: Insurance coverage cannot be extended or renewed beyond the agreed-upon rental period.
Refusal of Insurance Coverage
- Declining Coverage: Rentees and Renters who choose not to opt for insurance coverage assume full responsibility for any damages, losses, or liabilities during the rental period.
