- License to the Website Owner: By submitting Rentee & Renter generated content, Rentees & Renters grant the website owner a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute the content on the website and related marketing materials.
- Any IPR generated during the period of rental will be sole ownership of Rentee.
Prohibited Content
- Offensive or Infringing Content: Rentees & Renters must not submit or upload content that is defamatory, illegal, infringing, or violates the rights of others.
- Content Removal: The website owner reserves the right to remove any Rentee & Renter generated content that violates this policy or is deemed inappropriate.

- Restoration of Content: Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, the website owner may restore the removed content after a specified period unless the copyright owner takes legal action.
