Any IPR generated during the period of rental will be sole ownership of Rentee.

Offensive or Infringing Content: Rentees & Renters must not submit or upload content that is defamatory, illegal, infringing, or violates the rights of others.
Content Removal: The website owner reserves the right to remove any Rentee & Renter generated content that violates this policy or is deemed inappropriate.

Counter-Notice: If a Rentee & Renter believes their content was wrongly removed due to alleged copyright infringement, they may submit a counter-notice.
Restoration of Content: Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, the website owner may restore the removed content after a specified period unless the copyright owner takes legal action.

Monitoring: The website owner may monitor Rentee & Renter-generated content to ensure compliance with this policy.
